This Could Be the Navy SEAL's Boat of Tomorrow - Defense One

This Could Be the Navy SEAL's Boat of Tomorrow - Defense One: A boat that water skis on torpedoes could offer a Learjet-like ride for Navy SEAL teams moving into rough enemy waters.
